Increasing Metabolism – Women vs Men
While most of the visitors to my website are women, I know several guys who are seriously concerned about their fitness and watch what they eat like hawks.
My husband and his friend were discussing the speed with which they burn calories over a few beers last time they came back from their workout. It was quite hilarious to watch, really.
So don’t let anyone fool you, that women are the only ones worried about increasing their metabolism and eating healthy. There is a growing wave of healthy living oriented guys who can sure add to the discussion.
