Natural metabolism boosters

Generally, younger people have higher metabolic rates because the body works harder to supply the needed energy required for growth. The younger population also has more vigor and more active in performing daily routines. Due to this their metabolism is constantly firing. But then, we can’t remain young always and aging process will take its toll in our body. Naturally our metabolism lags and decrease in activities also contribute to the significant decrease in our metabolism. Although aging is inevitable, there are ways which we can keep our metabolism firing again the way like when we were younger. And the best ways to allow our metabolism to work constantly is to incorporate them in daily habits.

Green Tea to Boost Metabolism

Diet is one venue where we can do something to increase our metabolism. Incorporating green tea in daily diet is proven to work best. Green tea has been used even in ancient times and its wonders have been rediscovered nowadays. It is now known for its wide range of health benefits including anti-aging effects. Amazingly, green tea has thermogenic abilities that aids in warming up the body. The process of increasing body temperature requires burning of additional calories leading to an active metabolism. Green tea also contains caffeine in small quantity. Caffeine is a stimulant which activates the body and the energy needed to sustain the activity comes from burning more calories.

Yogurt to Boost Metabolism

Yogurt is another metabolism booster which we can easily assimilate in our diet. Yogurt is known for its pro-biotic contents which aids in active digestion. It also has very high protein content. Proteins are quite difficult to digest thus it keeps digestive tract working for longer hours. The process will need more energy and this will lead the metabolic rate to surge.

Sports and other Activities

It’s quite obvious that keeping yourself moving by engaging in sports and other activities get your metabolism active as well. Because these activities consume tremendous amount of energy, our body needs to compensate by burning more calories to supply the energy requirement. When performed regularly, it will result to a sustained elevated firing of our metabolism.

Tabata to Boost Metabolism

Tabata is a kind of interval training which is recently gaining popularity and is said to be better than aerobics and intensive workouts. Intensive exercise will only deplete the immediate energy reserve and not the fats. In tabata, the combination of fast-paced and slow-paced exercise works amazingly in burning stored fats in a sustained manner. Tabata is performed by doing hard push for 20 seconds, followed by 10-second rest period. The cycle is repeated eight times. This is such a simple activity with tremendous metabolic boosting outcome.

Water with Lemon to Boost Metabolism

Separately water and lemon works in many ways and even greatly when combined. Lemon has the making similar to saliva, hydrochloric acid, bile and other digestive tract enzymes. Because of this, it helps greatly in digestive functions especially for people with slow digestion. Keeping your digestive system active is one sure way of boosting metabolic processes. Lemon also has antiseptic, anti-scorbutic, and cleansing properties. Furthermore, lemon helps your body absorb nutrients from other food sources. A healthy body promotes active metabolism. Combine lemon with water in your daily consumption and you’re sure of a natural but healthy ways to boost your metabolism.

Fats and Proteins plus other nutrients explained

Lipids, Fats most of that is handled by the liver cells. And so what did they do? The liver cells they make Lipoproteins also proteins that carry fats. They make Thromboplastin  which is the clotting factor product protein and cholesterol  which we are all familiar with one of the fat type sound in the body which is also  taken in by food , so but 85% of your cholesterol come from your body make it.

Your body cells but same time takes these fast like fatty acids and cholesterol and combine them into membranes, remember  that was of the factors that help to make membranes fluid. It’s a fact that you have cholesterol in them unlike plant cells which do not have this cholesterol so they are more rigid and they break with, when you push on your skin it doesn’t break it just bends. Fats also stored in the body, for reserve energy.

They are also use to make the amount in (inaudible) which surrounds nerves and they are also use to cushion the organs, like the heart and kidneys. First have a thrice the amount of energy that proteins  or carbohydrates do, they are natural health per gram of fat and they’re basically for KiLCals per gram of fat for carbohydrates and proteins, so you have twice as much energy coming out of a fat molecules then you do out of a glucose or a protein.

Fats can be use by the Mitochondria to make ATP and what happens there is that fat is broken down to citric acid and of course the citric acid can cross the mitochondria  membrane and carry out some of the same functions as a probably degassed it and broken down. Not completely broken down and so you have what is called a salicylic acid and ketones  or acetones form and  they are acidic and so this build up of acid, of course changes the PH both the Ph of your serum and also has a kind of surface smell  like acetone they in sense that would be use to remove a paint like from your nails. And so as a result this Astone builds up, you have acidic Ph that’s not good because that affects the activity of enzymes and also your Ph.

Along with that people  who have Dabby smells that means they’re not making sure that they get into this inside cell so they metabolizes and this is one of the down sides of the… Diabetes is that you metabolizes fast you have acid Ph which is again bad for enzymes and body function and that creates all kinds of health problems.

This Ketoacidosis as is called again is a major health problem with people who have diabetes. This is also true with people who ago on those no carbohydrate diet, the same thing can occur and this is something like you would consider to be starvation in midst of plenty, because you basically have enough energy on board to carry out these functions but because your self is not getting any glucose this thing it as being starved and so it goes into this acid metabolism mode.

Posses a stored in the subcutaneous tissue in and around the heat, in the hips, in the abdomen and of course the down side to this is that you increase the stress on the heart because in on the circulatory system because you increase more capillaries for the heart to work, to push blood through. And this got me thinking , if you are aware of the circulatory system induces stress on the cardiovascular system and  that’s why one of the reasons  where fat is bad for you.

Protein along with fats and carbohydrates again are a metabolic if you will, once it is metabolized remain in green or protein doesn’t (inaudible) is a amino acids they’re twenty that we need. And just to show you how important those twenty amino acids are, the cells that make protein structures, make enzymes and so on will not begin to make those process until all twenty amino acids are present.

Which means that there would be a host of other amino acids nineteen or so, and until it gets those final twenty is only when it’s starts to make the protein. Because in this all twenty amino acids can make the structures or the enzymes that it’s going to make. And so in order to move amino acid into the cell, it takes energy because you’re moving them in against the concentration gradient.

It means that you have already have a lot of amino acid in there, inside the cell, but you need to stick one more there a couple of more in there to complete the twenty so that you can carry out the anabolism, the building up of structures of the enzymes that’s it’s going to make. And so there are two kinds of proteins in your body, that’s structural and functional.

The functional are ones like enzymes and structural things like membranes, muscles and fibers like Actin Mysin and of course hormones and so the amino acid comes from proteins. Amino acids can also be use to create ATP and so what happens is, if  you look at  a protein molecule, put simply you have a carboxyl and have an amine N and so before the energy Krebs cycle this amine group is lough off, so the carbon and carboxyl N are amine N to the Krebs cycle  goes on to create ATP.

But this amine N it creates ammonia which is toxic to nerve tissue and so we don’t want them hanging around so eventually ends up being combined with the Carbon molecules and it creates what is called Urea, and of course this Urea is non toxic and it can be get rid of by way of the digestive system or the uterine system . And sometimes this is the compound that is often toxic to individual because it accumulates in the joints and cause gout.

Natural and Healthy Snack food

Let me show you a couple of ideas for a healthy snack. Used to be sometimes we don’t want to eat, and then after two o’clock we’re desperate right? We don’t feel well. We need something and up we feel well, we need something and we make mistakes. We start eating candies something really, really junk, chips and it’s not really good for us.

I will give you some ideas you can have it in your bag every time for emergency when you need a snack. Well of course, first of all its fruits and vegetables, carrots, celeries, bananas, oranges, apples, yes we know about that. But sometimes it’s not enough because fruits and vegetables don’t have protein right?

And the same thing about water, the first thing when you don’t feel well already or just feel that you need something to eat, have a glass of water. It would be very good thing for your body. Half a glass of water first and then take what you need. But if it’s a fruit and vegetable good but it’s not enough because they don’t have protein. And then we eat that’s why we need healthy snacks, healthy and rich in protein.

imageFirst of all walnut, my favorite walnut are the best and the healthier because they have Omega 3. Only walnut have Omega 3 like fish, like salmon, like flaxseed. Almonds, first of all when you chew almonds close your eyes and it’s chewing meditation you chew a couple of seconds or in minutes or two, you will do only good for your health and for your body.

Almond rich in Vitamin E really good for our body for our skin, raisin a lot of people underestimate raisin, but it’s for our heart. It was the first and one of the best healthiest food for our heart. It can be in our bag or it can be somewhere next to our computer we always can have some raisins and walnut and we’re happy already.

Figs are delicious and a lot people even don’t try that but see different figs, they are really nice, they’re delicious, they’re rich in protein they rich in fat but this is what we’re all we need ladies and they make very good and healthy snack. Prunes a lot of people don’t like Prunes and a lot of people don’t rely that we need them. The first thing maybe in the morning because they are full of fiber and fiber helps us to detox, fiber helps us to get to the constipation, blood pressure etc.

I can show you one trick what I do with the prunes. I eat them with my favorite, my favorite almond butter. Normally I get almond butter in the Wholefood you can do it yourself or though a machine and I eat them  like peanut butter only almond butter, because almond butter is much healthier with the walnut or I can eat them with the prunes. It’s a very, very good that, try it.

Well and of course when they have a little bit of walnut already, almonds, raisins, prunes, figs then we can have a piece of chocolate. A lot of people try the first step  would be chocolate, then you will eat too much and then even good dark chocolate which will be to mine because it has a lot of saturated, it have fat, right?

I think it have fat. But if you eat a little bit of walnut and almond, figs and prunes and then a piece of chocolate is will be just right enough. Well let us be snack smart, we can all have this ingredients at one snack or a couple of snack. We can always keep then in our purse, and have them for emergency, instead of looking for chips, candy bars etc.

When you eat, say every two or three hours, of good food and we’re going to go over that in just a moment. You are tricking the body into thinking: Oh, there is ample supply of plenty of food. I can burn it all off. I don’t need to reserve and keep for rainy days at all. I’m just going to use it all. Whether if you don’t eat for the while.

For, you know, some people don’t eat for five, six, seven hours at a time. The body thinks: Oh my god, there is no food supply. I need to save. I need to save all the fat cells I can just to keep this person alive. So see, the more often you eat the more calories you are going to burn and your metabolism is going to get faster because you’re recreating a new system inside your body. How to increase metabolism with carbohydrates

Today, let’s discuss how to increase your metabolism with food. The metabolism can be extremely complicated but today we’re just going to simplify it. It’s really the process on which you eat food and then your body converts that food into energy. Your body then uses that energy for normal daily functions, such as if you were to drive to work, that driving process, moving our muscles, thinking about where you’re going is using our metabolism and then getting out in the car and walking into work is  using your metabolism.

And then sitting down in your computer, reading e mails those stuff processes are using your metabolism. A lot of times people think about metabolism as more important in exercise which this is extremely important and is used very much in exercise. But everything you do throughout the day and even when you’re sleeping at night, your metabolism is going. To increase your metabolism with food, you definitely want to select a variety of foods from all the food groups.

Carbohydrates are the most important nutrients when you need energy. So we want to select about 55 percent of our carbohydrates from–55 percent of our foods from our diet that are carbohydrate. And we want to it’s like nutrients done carbohydrate such us whole grain like Kinwa, whole grain bread, whole grain cereals and also dairy products are great source of carbohydrate.

imageWe want to select fat-free and 1 percent so we’re not getting a lot of fats. So 1 percent or fat free milk and yogurt are great selections for carbohydrate. And then also fruits and vegetables are great source of carbohydrate. Fruits contain more carbohydrates that vegetables. However they’re both great because they supply a lot of vitamins and minerals and anti oxidants, so those are extremely nutrients done carbohydrates.

Also you want to select about 15 percent of your diet from lean proteins. And we want to try to keep the lean proteins and so that we’re not consuming a lot of fat for our body to store which can slow down our metabolism. So we wanted to choose a white pole tree and lean meats such as beef and pork and fatty fish is okay. Fatty fish supplies some very healthy fat in our body, and lean fish is a great source as well.

You want to choose nuts and seeds which are extremely healthful in your metabolism, legumes and Tofu are also great choices. Next you want to select about 30 percent of your diet from fat and you want to make those fats to mono and polyunsaturated fats. Again the fatty fish is extremely important those are source of polyunsaturated fats, Avocados, oil, olive oils, canola oils and things like that.

Next you want to make sure that your limiting your calories to the amount of calories that your body needs to function throughout the day. To keep that metabolism at a good balance and you can talk to your registered dietician or a certified nutritionist to help you figure out what that calorie range would for you.

Protein rich foods helps increase metabolism

Let’s talk about how to use protein to enhance your metabolism. Now I really love this topic because protein is one of the best foods that you can consume to really help move your metabolism forward.

And I’m going to tell you that on biochemical level how that actually happens. So you may have heard of the hormone called “insulin”, and that’s the hormone that actually kind of blocks your metabolism in the way that if you eat many carbohydrates your body produces a lot of insulin and it actually helps to convert those carbohydrates from energy into fats.

Well another hormone in your body as secreted as you eat protein and that hormone is called Glucagon and so Glucagon actually does the opposite thing from insulin. Another word, it actually takes fat cells from your body and removes them and turns them into energy. So you’re actually burning fat for energy so that’s what one of the thing that protein is very effective at doing.

imageOther things that stimulate your Glucagon levels are keeping your blood sugar levels balanced or slightly low and also exercise. So these are three ways that you can get the glycogen in your body secreted so you can get your fat cells mobilized and use for energy. Now some people complain that they can’t digest protein very well for some reasons. And couple of reasons for that my might be that you don’t have enough bacteria in your intestines to start that digesting it, and also you may not have enough hydrochloric acid. So this I promise for you, I suggest supplementing with probiotics and hydrochloric acid under the direction of a licensed practitioner.

The five things to know are: Proteins help you secrete Glucagon makes you need a little protein several times throughout the day. And ounce of protein will help you secrete more glycogen before a work out, if you had still digesting protein, consider taking a hydrochloric acid supplement or probiotic and make sure your getting enough protein for your body needs.

Exercise and Diet – Natural way to increase your metabolism

There’s a couple of natural things that you can do to increase your metabolism. One of the biggest factors in metabolism is physical activity. The more physically active we are, the higher our metabolism, so that’s one of the easiest natural ways to increase your metabolism is to make sure you do some type of exercise on a daily basis. Ideally you will be alternating your exercise.

Some days you will be doing aerobic and cardiovascular type exercise and by that I mean something that get your heart beating a bit faster like it can still little bit short of breath. And you can have some strength training on other days. The reason why you need strength training is that actually builds muscle and it reduces your body fat, uh, a bit more quickly than only doing cardiovascular or aerobic type exercise.

Traditionally it has been shown that increase muscle can boost your metabolism. So the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism, so again you want to incorporate strength training to build your muscles and reduce your body fat, that’s another way to boost your metabolism. As far as some eating tips, there are some foods that are said to have thermal genic properties that mean they actually increase your metabolism slightly in the sense that when you eat those foods you actually can feel the heat your body gets more of that.

imageWhen your body is producing more heat that actually shows your metabolism is getting a little bit faster. So a few foods that are known to have thermo genic  properties, lentils for one, hot peppers are another, green tea is another. Now keep in mind that this is a minor effect, it’s not going to be a huge increase in your metabolism you’re not going to the way just dropping off by including this food.

But they do have a modest benefit they do have a modest increase in your metabolism so if you combine the exercise and a variety of where you’re doing some cardiovascular, some strength training and you’re including some of these thermo genic foods such as lentils or hot peppers or green tea, all of that together can naturally boost your metabolism. And if you do include all those aspects that-that increase in your metabolism can be fairly significant. So few things to keep in mind for naturally increasing your metabolism.

Best 7 Tips How to boost my metabolism

Have you ever seen an elderly who is obese? My guess is you haven’t seen one in your lifetime. The fact is, obese individuals don’t grow old. They perish young. This may sound harsh but it’s all because reality bites. If you’re an overweight individual heading to hit obesity mark, you are actually just one among the millions who suffer the same case. Although the number is alarming, it should relieve you that you are not alone and you won’t be alone in combating the condition. That is why we are here to help you regain the appetite to live longer by encouraging you to do the right things.

Where do we begin? We start with a short lesson on metabolism. This is the process of converting food into energy to act as fuel for the body to function. A person with low metabolic rate stores fats readily and a person with increased metabolic rate burns fats rapidly. Therefore metabolism plays an important role in maintaining health and weight. Because our aim here is to trim those unwanted fats around you and reveal sexy curves then we should focus in increasing your metabolism. So here’s the best part for you. How to boost my metabolism?

There’s no magic pill that works overnight to give you the best fit. Rather there are healthy ways to boost your metabolism and get you in good shape. Diet, exercise, and health supplements are the answers when you ask how to boost my metabolism. We just can’t avoid the basics. But the catch is you need to know how to make each way truly effective.

Muscle-building-foodsLet’s talk about proper dieting. While you have to eat moderately, you should never starve yourself. Doing this will not increase your metabolism but does the opposite. When your body starves it conserves the fat reserves by slowing your metabolism. So instead, you should eat complete meal each day. Focus on carbohydrate-containing foods because they are digested easily. Digestion requires energy so it helps to keep your metabolism active. You also have to avoid high caloric foods. They’re difficult to digest and are usually stored as fats. Hydrating with 2-3 liters of water in a day increases your metabolic rate, too. Your body loses water as a result of bodily processes. When you aren’t properly hydrated, the imbalance will signal the starvation process already mentioned above.

Exercise can’t be overrated. It is one of the best ways to speed up your metabolism. Perform smart exercise. Not all exercise regimes can hasten your metabolism. Do not perform heavy workouts alone. During the period of highly active exercise, your body will require more energy source. The easiest to consume is carbohydrates and not the fats. It is the slow-paced exercise that will release your fats to sustain the body’s need for energy.

Foodsthatspeedupmetabolism32So it must be a combination of heavy and slow exercise that works best to shoot up your metabolism. Weight lifting also does a lot of good because it will promote muscle build up. Your muscles will consume more calories, fats uses less. When you have more muscles, this can fire up the need for energy and calorie reserves are used up. Health supplements cater the body’s need for nutrients that you scarcely receive from food. Specific nutrients that triggers metabolism are vitamin B complex and magnesium. They keep your body active in a way that affects metabolic process.

Good food and good habits will keep your body active and will trigger a cascade of healthy outcomes. Your active body will need more energy which will lead to increase metabolism and will shove your bountiful fat reserves. With discipline and perseverance, you will surely get those curves you’ve been dying to workout for. And it does help to look good for you to feel good about who you are. But more importantly it will give you a brighter outlook, regain your self esteem and achieve longevity.

Metabolism Boosters Explained

At one point in your life you have probably heard of someone blaming a slow metabolism to be the culprit for those extra pounds they gain. And you would even hear them talking about metabolism boosters to address the problem. Although the cause of obesity and other weight problems has multiple factors, there is indeed a connection between metabolism and weight gain or loss. Understanding the intricacy of metabolism can be a brain torture. To make things simple let us merely draw the direct relationship of metabolism to weight and why the need for metabolism boosters.

Metabolism in connection with weight can be simply defined as the process by which our body builds and breaks energy source. Our body’s supply of energy comes from the nutrient we get from food. The building process occurs when the unused nutrients are stored into the cells and become reserves. When one overeats and over supplies the body with nutrients, he will begin to store fats everywhere in the body. To counter this building of nutrients, a counter mechanism occurs which intends to break down those stored nutrients. This is the time when the ‘breaking’ function of metabolism happens. Metabolism is therefore one of the mechanisms by which our body prevents or breaks down the storage of nutrients or fats.

From the facts on metabolism established above, there is an assumption we can draw. We made clear of one factor why some people store fat so easily. It is due to a slow metabolism and slow use up and breaks down of fats. A person with slow metabolism has difficulty transforming the nutrients into consumable energy. Even when he tends not to eat too heavily he will still have the chance of gaining extra pounds readily. These people can suffer morbid conditions in terms of weight issues.

This is when metabolism boosters come into play. These boosters are in the form of substances that act to prevent the building up of nutrients into cells. Rather it promotes the consumption of energy source. It also promotes the break down of stored ones. These substances are derived from natural or synthetic sources. Natural sources are green tea, some fruits and specific foods. There are also pharmaceutically prepared boosters in the form of oral supplements. Basically, all these sources contain one form or another of the chemicals that will hasten the process of breaking up the stored nutrients. It releases them into the system and made available for use.

Metabolism boosters are generally for people with slow metabolism. They are commonly used by people who go way beyond the normal body weight. But as we always put it, prevention is better than cure. Therefore, these boosters are not only for the morbidly obese individuals but for everyone who’s got the love for food and for all healthy individuals as well.

By maintaining metabolism boosters, the risk of obesity is cut low. For people who already have the problem, it helps in their weight loss regimes without imposing risk. It is not at all surprising why metabolism boosters are beginning to make sound in the weight control market. This is because people today are becoming more health conscious. Not to mention that more and more people are hitting the obesity mark.
